Conference Title: Fragmented Vision

NOTE: Participants whose proposals are accepted and who are current paid members will receive a conference fee waiver.
Please submit one copy of the following to the postal address above - please do not e-mail your submission. Complete proposal should be less than five 8.5"x11" pages total.
- Brief coverletter including: Your name, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and web address.
- A detailed abstract including: Title of submission, detailed description of subject, and what format your submission will take (i.e. lecture, imagemaker presentation, panel discussion, or demonstration).
- A one-page biographical overview of all intended participants.
- Visual support material (if appropriate). If you include visual support, please send a CD, DVD or slides. Please also include a printed guide to these materials.
